Thanks to a track and trace system you will always know where your shipment is. You will receive an email when the shipment leaves our logistic centre. This email contains a link to the site of the transportcompany. Depending on the delivery address you chose the transportcompany could be different.

When you are not able to receive your order when delivered, the transportcompany will try to reach you again or set a new deliverydate.

When the package returns to us, we will charge the return costs to the customer.



There is also the possibility to come and pickup the order yourself. Our pickuppoint is Middelblok 154 in Gouderak.


Delivery by transportcompany

Some of our products are being delivered by a transportcompany. An order made before 10.00 hour will be delivered within two working days provided the product is in stock. The shipping costs per product are listed for all products.

It is possible that the delivery will be directly be done by Gepro Box self, in this case Gepro Box will contact u about the deliverydate and the deliverytime.


Shipping costs

The order’s shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the order. To avoid shipping costs, you can always choose for picking up the order yourself. This is always free ofcourse.


Delivery status

Thanks to a track and trace system you can follow the whole delivery process. When the order exists out of more than one package you will receive a track and trace link for each of those individual. This link will sent to you by mail at the moment the shipment leaves the logistic centre. The link allows you to check via the website of the deliverer where your package is and when it will be delivered. In this case it will be always clear what the status of your order is. You will also immediately see whether the order will be delivered as one or as multiple packages. If the package is delivered by Gepro Box itself, the story above will not apply and Gepro Box will contact you personally.


When you aren’t home with the delivery attempt

There is always a possibility that you aren’t present at the moment of the delivery attempt. In that case you can choose to deliver at the neighbours address. When you aren’t able to receive the order the first time we will charge shipping costs the second delivery time.


Delivery at another address

While placing the order you will get the possibility to choose another delivery address. This could be for example your own address or another address where we could deliver the order. You could choose to get your order delivered at your workaddress.

Changing the delivery address

International delivery

Gepro Box gives you the option to have all our products shipped internationally.

Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria and Belgium are countries we ship to as standard. It can be delivered to other countries on request.


Return of shipment

If you let the return be done by Gepro Box without giving any reason, the double shipping costs will be charged in relation to the shipping costs as stated on the internet.
